Returns
We offer 30 day returns on all full price items for an exchange or credit. Credits last 3 years and can be used across the store on any brand or item.

Sale items are final sale so they aren't eligible for exchange; but if your item:
- Was purchased less than 30 days ago
- Wasn't on sale
- Is unworn and unwashed
- Has the tags attached and all original packaging intact
- Has any existing hygiene seals in place
it will be approved for return.
We want you to be really happy with your final purchase, so once we get your item back there's no additional shipping charge to get your new/exchange item to you.
If the new size needed isn't available, you will automatically get a credit for thesomedayco.com for the amount of the returned item once it's received back in resale condition.
Items where size isn't applicable (such as towels, yoga mats, sunglasses, bottles or watches) are only able to be exchanged if they are faulty.
When sending back an item, it's best to hold onto the tracking information so you can ensure it gets back safely.
