Returns
Part of our underlying mission is to encourage consumers to make conscious choices when purchasing apparel, so we don't offer exchanges for change of mind - Aussie brands like The Iconic have unfortunately created a bit of a returns norm which is not good for the planet and is compounding issues caused by the textile industry. We work on having detailed descriptions, photos, and size guides to limit the carbon footprint of our sales.
But of course - if your item is the wrong size or faulty, we'll get it swapped for you.
Sale items are final sale so they aren't eligible for exchange; but if your item:
- Was purchased less than 28 days ago
- Wasn't on sale
- Is unworn and unwashed
- Has the tags attached and all original packaging intact
- Has any existing hygiene seals in place
then send it on back.
We want you to be really happy with your final purchase, so once we get your item back there's no additional shipping charge to get your new item to you.
If the new size needed isn't available, you will get credit for thesomedayco.com for the amount of the returned item once it's received back in resale condition.
Items where size isn't applicable (such as towels, yoga mats, sunglasses, bottles or watches) are only able to be exchanged if they are faulty.
When sending back an item, it's best to hold onto the tracking information so you can ensure it gets back safely.

Last but certainly not least... Once your recycled material item has finished its life with you, you can send it back to us free of charge so we can get it back to its original source and keep it out of landfill - populating our complete circular economy - read more about this cycle and why it's so important here.
