All replacement items will be sent to the same address as the original order unless otherwise specified. All credits will be sent in the form of a discount code that can be applied to any future purchase, and last for 3 years from date of issue.

When returning an item, we encourage you to keep the postage tracking so you can ensure your order arrives safely back at its destination.
