At The Someday Co, we encourage positive purchasing and only approve refunds on faulty items - but of course if your purchase doesn't fit quite right, you can return it for a credit or exchange within 28 days of purchase.

Sale items are final sale so they aren't eligible for exchange; but if your item:
- Was purchased less than 28 days ago
- Wasn't on sale
- Is unworn and unwashed
- Has the tags attached and all original packaging intact
- Has any existing hygiene seals in place
it will be approved for return.
We want you to be really happy with your final purchase, so once we get your item back there's no additional shipping charge to get your new/exchange item to you.
If the new size needed isn't available, you will get credit for thesomedayco.com for the amount of the returned item once it's received back in resale condition.
Items where size isn't applicable (such as towels, yoga mats, sunglasses, bottles or watches) are only able to be exchanged if they are faulty.
When sending back an item, it's best to hold onto the tracking information so you can ensure it gets back safely.
Last but certainly not least... Once your recycled material item has finished its life with you, you can send it back to us free of charge so we can get it back to its original source and keep it out of landfill - populating our complete circular economy - read more about this cycle and why it's so important here.
